Kelly Clarkson is an American singer and songwriter who was the country's love interest following her win of the American Idol title in the first season of the show. The show's winning that ushered Kelly Clarkson to fame and fortune, but it also secured her a deal in partnership with RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records for a number of albums. Since then she has recorded numerous studio albums. Three of that reached the top of the US Billboard 200' chart and the rest of her albums just missed the coveted spot. They consider her to be one of the most successful American Idol artists. To achieve her success she experimented with different musical styles, and explored themes. Her uniqueness and vocal talent earned her praise from critics along with a host of important awards. The most notable accomplishment was that she received three Grammy Awards. Apart from her professional career in music, she's also seen on TV and in film. She also co-wrote the children's storybook River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and is involved in a variety of charitable organisations.
